CompWOD - Best of the Best Invitational 2013! 

Join us Saturday November 16th at CrossFit Markham to cheer on Ashley as she throws down with some of Canada's best CrossFit athletes! 

This event is at no cost to spectators, just come out, watch some craziness, cheer your butt off and have a blast!

Heat 1 starts at 10:30am and competition will run roughly till 7:00pm
