- EMOTM 3 - 3 snatch grip deadlifts at 105% of 1RM snatch
- EMOTM 3 - 1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch at 75% 1RM snatch
- EMOTM 8 - squat snatch (build in weight)

B. Skill day!
- Handstand push ups
- Muscle ups
- Ring dips
- Pistols
