A. Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
@ 80% w 3s pause bottom

B. In partners:
- 20 cal while partner holds deadlift
- 40 Deadlifts
- 20 cal while partner holds front rack
- 40 front squats
- 20 cal while partner holds overhead
- 40 shoulder to overhead
- 20 cal while holding squat bottom
- 40 thrusters

P1 completes 20 cal while P2 holds position then switch... Then combined 40 reps between partners
