A2. 4 Sets
- 1 Bar MU + 2 C2B + 3 Pull ups + 5 Toes to bar
OR
- 5 beat swings + 5 toes to bar/knee ups

B. In partners
AMRAP 2 for each movement 30s transition

- Synchro burpees
- Wall balls
- Toes to bar
- Atlas stone squats (95/65)
- Shoulder to overhead (115/75)

Aside from the burpees, one partner works at a time
