B. In honour of those who have fought and continue to fight for our country and our freedom we will be doing a "hero wod". The workout you will be performing is named "Crooks" after Cpl. Tyler Crooks.

Cpl Tyler Crooks died March 20, 2009 in a road side bomb in Afghanistan at 6:45am. He is from Port Colborne Ontario, November company 3rd battalion, Royal Canadian Regiment

Coach Ashley went to high school with Tyler, grew up with him throughout school, and played hockey with him for 2 years.
