Work at 70% of 1 RM front squat
5 Front squats / 7 back squats
3 front squats / 5 back squats
3 front squats / 5 back squats
1 front squat / 3 back squats
Rest :30 b/w front and back
Rest 1:30 between sets

B. In teams of 3
400m sled push
Then...
400m pinch grip plate carry (individually)
Then...
150 sit ups
150 push ups
Split these anyway
