5 negative handstand push ups
25-40 double unders

B. Development
Death by kettle bell swing
Begin each minute with 1 wall walk
Then perform 2 KB swings and each minute add 2 until you cannot complete the work within a minute

Fitness/Performance
Death by power snatch
Begin each minute with 1 wall walk
Then perform 1 power snatch and each minute add 1 power snatch until you cannot complete with work within a minute
