B. For time
400m run
30 pull ups
30 kb swings
30 D ball squats
30 DB thrusters
400m run
**For this one you can do the 30s in any order you want, you just need to keep the 400s on each end. Once you start a 30 you must complete that 30 before doing a different movement.
