Protein Cookies

Here is a super yummy and easy way to get those post workout carbs and protein in! 


Ingredients 

40gr oats

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder ( I used Quest)

Cinnamon 

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pumpkin Pie Spice

15gr Raisins 

25gr egg whites

50gr Almond milk 




Pre heat oven to 350. First mash the banana in a large bowl, in a separate bowl combine oats, protein powder, spices, and baking soda. Add dry mixture to the bowl with the banana, add egg whites and almond milk, then fold in the raisins. Bake a greased cookie tray. 
Bake for 8-10 mins, let cool then enjoy!! 


You can also sub out the raisins for chocolate chips, but keep in mind this will change the macro count.
