St. Catharines might be quarantined, but we want to shake it up!
And to do that, we are hosting a 3 week, 3 workout all inclusive FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT!
We get it, we’re itching to get outside, get active and feel a sense of normalcy. We’re in major need of HUMAN CONNECTION,
am I right!? So, what better way to connect with others than with a fun, sweaty and community driven workout?
So, how does this work?
1. Register for FREE at https://bit.ly/3aOv7XV
2. Get a couple friends and/or family members to join you in the fun! Make sure they register too! We have members of all walks of life, from 5 years old to 70, olympic athletes to
brand spankin' newbies - all participating and enjoying fitness, the way they should!
3. Keep your eyes peeled - Friday May 8th we will announce our first workout!
4. We will host a LIVE workout on Zoom on Sunday May 10th at 11:00am for ANYONE to join!
Little to no equipment necessary, modifications and demonstrations for all abilities! * Cant make it to our live zoom? THATS OKAY! We will have a video with the workout,
full description and demonstration on our YouTube channel so you can get it done ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!
5. You will have until the Wednesday night at 8pm to submit your scores. Each week you submit one score, when you do, you will automatically be entered into a weekly draw for a
FREE CrossFit St. Catharines T-Shirt and sweet swag, delivered right to your door step! Easy peasy.
6. Participate in fun challenges along the way to keep you busy, sweaty and having FUN!
