Q: Do I have to be FIT to get started? 
This is a common question we get, where people think they have to go and get fit before coming here, or they have to have previous experience! 

A: NO, THIS IS OUR JOB!!! This would be like saying, should I get a hair cut, before going to get a hair cut. Our job is to help individuals of ALL fitness levels. To get started, to feel excited about this journey, beginners to advanced, we welcome you!

Q: What are your classes like? 

A:
 You can check out our programs page here. But, for all of our classes you can expect structure, balance and progress. Our programming has three tiers, development, fitness and performance (which you can read more about here). 
Our coaches will explain the warm up and you have a set time to complete it in a group format. (7-8minutes)

Then, we move onto our skill/strength component, again the coach is there to describe, demonstrate and discuss all angles of the program here (15-18 min) 
And finally our conditioning piece, which is 15-18 minutes as well. 

Our classes are different everyday, so you will never get bored!

Q: Do you have a punch card or single pass class? 

A: Yes we do! We dont usually encourage the use of these options unless you are from out of town or a drop in. Reason being is punch cards and single passes lead to a greater likelihood of inconsistency. Inconsistency leads to poor results. We want our members to experience the best results possible, and that is only possible with showing up consistently. However, we do offer them - please inquire with our staff on current rates.

Q: Do you offer discounts? 

A: The only discount we offer is for students who are enrolled in a full time program.

Q: Do you offer Nutrition services? 

A: YES we do. We highly recommend booking a FREE consult with one of our coaches to accelerate and compliment the hard work you will be putting in with your workouts.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract or pay an initiation fee?

A: Our contracts are a month to month renewal, you are not locked in! We have a 30 day cancellation policy, and no initiation fee!

Q: Do you do holds?

A: We offer extensions, not holds, for anything more than 2 weeks, up to 2 months. A notice for an extension must be in email format at least 15 days prior to the extension.
