WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome! 

If you're wondering how to join us, what to do if you're new, our intake process or what our classes are all about... keep reading! 

This is our step by step process from the first time you connect with us, until you're into our classes. 

1. FILL OUT OUR FORM to join us 
at the bottom of this page, choose either free class or no sweat intro to fill out the applicable form. 

Whether you are joining us for a free class or a no sweat free intro, you will experience a welcoming and enthusiastic environment! 

Our staff will greet and welcome you to our facility and into our classes or your no sweat intro. 

From there they will introduce you to the style of fitness and training we offer here at Fit Collective and help you make the best decision on which route to take to get started. 




2. FREE CLASS option 

If you're joining us for a free class a coach will welcome you and show you the ropes. 

Please come about 10 minutes prior to class to fill out any paper work and to get acquainted with our facility as well as how the class flow works. Also, please bring comfortable workout shoes and attire, some water and a towel! 

During the class, as always, the coach is there to coach, demonstrate, cue and correct every member in our class - including you! We are here to support you every step of the way. Never hesitate to ask questions at any time. 

After the class, the coach will have a chat with you about any questions you may have and give you details on what our programs and intake process looks like. 

3. NO SWEAT FREE INTRO option 

If you're joining us for a No Sweat Free Intro, our staff will meet and greet you for a tour of our facility, to answer any questions you may have, but more importantly to get to know YOU. 

Why are you coming to Fit Collective? What are your short and long term goals? How can we best support you in this journey in many different ways to ensure you are not only successful in reaching these goals but ...  you're going to ENJOY the process? 

The staff will guide you through our different options and help you decide on what might be the best path for you.

4. You've decided to JOIN US! 

Every new member will be required to take our Fundamentals Program. 

We have three options for our Fundamentals program as we know we have many new people with varying levels of experience coming to us. 

FULL FUNDAMENTALS ($320pp) 6 x 1:1 sessions 
6 one on one sessions with a private coach. This is our most robust fundamentals onramp program and is specifically designed with the beginner in mind. If you have very little to zero experience, this will be for you. 

INTERMEDIATE FUNDAMENTALS ($210pp) 4 x 1:1 sessions 
4 one on one sessions with a private coach. This fundamentals is for those who have fitness experience, has dabbled in bootcamps or kettlebells but has zero experience with olympic lifting or base level gymnastics. 

REFRESH FUNDAMENTALS ($105pp) 2 x 1:1 sessions 
2 one on one sessions with a private coach. These two refresher sessions are for those with some previous CrossFit experience, but is not as proficient in olympic lifting and base gymnastics as of yet. Usually those who have done CF style in the past, but not for quite some time, or who have less than 2 months experience. 



*** Our staff will evaluate either at a free class or during the No Sweat Intro as to which option will be best suited for you based on experience, entry level abilities and schedule *** 


5. You've completed your Fundamentals Program! 

Once you have completed one of the fundamentals options, you'll be able to select from one of our membership options to get into our class programs. 

Unlimited Pro - $162/month 
This option is our highest value and most sought after membership. It includes ALL of our classes! FIT, Burn and Barbell with over 50 classes per week to choose from! 

BURN - varying from $99 - $130/month 
Our burn membership has three tiers
8x/month - $99 
12x/month - $118 
Unlimited access - $130

**our BURN program does not need the fundamentals option. You can join our burn program anytime and register HERE. ** 

All of our memberships are monthly recurring with no initiation fee. We have a 30 day cancellation policy in effect. 

6. WELCOME TO CLASSES!

YAY! You did it. You've gotten yourself into our classes and you are ready to ROCK! 

So now what? 

Heres just a few of the amazing things you can expect once you've joined us! 

  • exceptional, professional coaching as all of our coaches are experienced and educated in the health and fitness industry 
  • our programming and what to expect from our classes can be found HERE. We offer three tiers of programming to suit all ability levels, and our coaches are here to help you navigate these options to suit YOU, as an individual even in a group setting. 
  • you'll be added to our exclusive Facebook community group where we post about news, events, gatherings, new programs and more! It's also a great place to connect with other members and build relationships. 
  • you will have your own check in coach that will connect with you once a month to see how things are going, how your goals are coming along, if theres anything else that you need from us to help support you in your journey. 
  • we offer workshops and seminars that are open to our members such as nutrition, olympic lifting, gymnastics, mobility and more! (some are included in memberships, some are additional cost) 
  • our community... last but certainly not ever the least, you will be welcomed into the most amazing community of likeminded people who are looking to just be healthier, fitter and happier to live a better life all round. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and part of the family, from day one.
